1. Quiénes somos

2. El servicio
Diseñamos, desarrollamos y publicamos sitios web para negocios y particulares. El servicio de precio fijo incluye: diseño a medida, maquetado adaptable a celulares, tablets y computadoras, formulario de contacto y botón de WhatsApp, optimización básica para buscadores, la publicación del sitio, el registro del dominio a nombre del cliente y el alojamiento (hosting) y el dominio durante el primer año desde la publicación.
Salvo acuerdo por escrito, no incluye: casillas de correo, licencias de terceros, carga masiva de productos ni funcionalidades a medida (tiendas online, reservas, integraciones), que se cotizan por separado. Los cambios posteriores a la publicación y, desde el segundo año, el alojamiento y el dominio se cubren con el plan de cuidado mensual, que es opcional (ver sección 5).
3. Precios y promociones
Los precios se muestran en pesos argentinos para Argentina y en dólares estadounidenses para el resto del mundo. El "precio fundador" ($289.990 o US$ 289,99) aplica a los primeros diez (10) clientes que lo contraten; la cantidad de lugares disponibles se informa en este sitio. El precio fundador está vigente hasta el 12 de noviembre de 2026 a las 23:59 (hora de Argentina) o hasta completarse los diez lugares, lo que ocurra primero; después, el precio pasa a $449.990 (o US$ 449,99).
El precio fundador se abona por transferencia: 50% al comenzar el proyecto y 50% al publicarlo, o el total al comenzar. Con tarjeta de crédito se ofrecen hasta tres (3) cuotas sin interés sobre el precio de lista ($449.990 o US$ 449,99).
Como contraprestación del precio fundador, el cliente se compromete a brindar un testimonio sobre el servicio y autoriza a Patroclo a mostrar su sitio como caso en este sitio y en sus redes. La "portada gratis" es una muestra sin costo ni obligación de contratar.
El servicio de la "Web Fundador" incluye además, sin costo adicional: la redacción de los textos del sitio a partir de la información que brinda el cliente; la configuración de su ficha de Google Business Profile (Google Maps), cuya verificación depende de Google y debe completar el cliente con nuestra guía; un kit de lanzamiento para redes (una publicación, dos historias y un mensaje para WhatsApp); el diseño de un cartel con código QR a su sitio, entregado en PDF listo para imprimir (la impresión no está incluida y los datos reglamentarios del cartel de obra deben ser validados por el profesional responsable); y, si el cliente lo pide, una llamada de entrega de hasta 15 minutos.
Garantía 72 horas: si el sitio no está publicado dentro de las 72 horas desde que recibimos todo el material necesario (logo, fotos, datos de contacto y respuestas al cuestionario), el cliente recibe tres (3) meses del plan de cuidado sin cargo. El plazo se suspende mientras esperamos respuestas, aprobaciones o materiales del cliente.
Garantía de devolución: el precio incluye dos rondas de cambios. Si, una vez entregada la segunda ronda, el cliente no está conforme con el sitio, puede pedir la devolución del 100% de lo abonado dentro de los siete (7) días corridos siguientes. En ese caso, el sitio se da de baja, no se entregan sus archivos y el cliente no puede usar el diseño ni los textos producidos. La devolución se hace por el mismo medio de pago dentro de los diez (10) días hábiles. El dominio registrado a nombre del cliente sigue siendo suyo. El precio aplicable a un proyecto es el vigente al momento de confirmar el pedido. La forma y el cronograma de pago se acuerdan antes de comenzar el trabajo.
4. Proceso, plazos y revisiones
Los plazos de entrega son estimados y comienzan cuando recibimos todo el material necesario (textos, imágenes, logo, accesos). La demora en la entrega de materiales desplaza la fecha estimada. El precio incluye hasta dos rondas de revisiones razonables sobre el diseño presentado; los cambios de alcance y los pedidos adicionales se cotizan aparte.
5. Plan de cuidado mensual (opcional)
El plan de cuidado es opcional y cuesta $39.990 por mes (o US$ 39,99 para clientes del exterior). Incluye seguridad, Google Analytics y hasta tres (3) pedidos de cambio de contenido por mes calendario; desde el segundo año incluye también el alojamiento y la renovación del dominio. Se entiende por cambio de contenido una modificación razonable de textos, imágenes o datos existentes; no incluye rediseños, secciones nuevas ni funcionalidades nuevas, que se cotizan aparte.
Los pedidos de cambio que excedan los tres mensuales se facturan a $34.990 (o US$ 34,99) por cambio. Los cambios no utilizados no se acumulan para meses siguientes. Si el cliente no contrata el plan, o lo da de baja, Patroclo le entrega los archivos de su sitio para que lo aloje donde prefiera; el dominio ya está a su nombre y su renovación queda a su cargo. Si el plan queda impago, Patroclo puede, previo aviso, suspender el alojamiento que presta hasta regularizar el pago o hasta entregar el sitio.
6. Contenido del cliente
El cliente declara contar con los derechos sobre los textos, imágenes, marcas y demás materiales que nos entrega, y nos autoriza a usarlos para construir su sitio. El cliente es responsable por el contenido que se publica en su sitio.
7. Propiedad intelectual
Con el pago total del proyecto, el cliente adquiere los derechos sobre el diseño final y el contenido de su sitio. Patroclo conserva la titularidad de las herramientas, componentes y código genérico reutilizable con los que trabaja. Salvo pedido en contrario del cliente, podemos mostrar el trabajo terminado en nuestro portfolio. Los proyectos que se muestran en este sitio corresponden a clientes reales.
8. Responsabilidad
Trabajamos con el mayor cuidado profesional, pero no garantizamos resultados comerciales específicos (visitas, ventas, posicionamiento en buscadores). Nuestra responsabilidad total frente al cliente se limita al monto efectivamente pagado por el proyecto. No respondemos por fallas de servicios de terceros (alojamiento, dominios, servicios de formularios o mensajería) ajenas a nuestro control.
9. Defensa del consumidor
Nada de lo dispuesto en estos términos limita los derechos que asisten al cliente como consumidor conforme a la Ley 24.240 de Defensa del Consumidor y demás normas de orden público aplicables.
Si el cliente contrata como consumidor a distancia (por internet o por teléfono), puede revocar la aceptación dentro de los diez (10) días corridos desde la celebración del contrato o la entrega, lo que ocurra después, conforme al artículo 34 de la Ley 24.240, usando el botón de arrepentimiento de este sitio o escribiéndonos por cualquiera de nuestros canales.
10. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina. Para cualquier controversia serán competentes los tribunales ordinarios de la ciudad de Córdoba, sin perjuicio de las normas de competencia que amparan al consumidor.

1. Who we are
Patroclo is a web design and development studio based in Córdoba, Argentina ("Patroclo", "we"). You can reach us at juncoscande03@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +54 9 3513 59-7374.
2. The service
We design, build and launch websites for businesses and individuals. The fixed-price service includes: custom design, layouts that adapt to phones, tablets and desktops, a contact form and WhatsApp button, basic search-engine optimization, the launch of the site, registration of the domain in the client's name, and hosting and the domain for the first year after launch.
Unless agreed in writing, it does not include: email inboxes, third-party licenses, bulk product uploads, or custom features (online stores, bookings, integrations), which are quoted separately. Post-launch changes and, from the second year, hosting and the domain are covered by the optional monthly care plan (see section 5).
3. Prices and promotions
Prices are shown in Argentine pesos for Argentina and in US dollars for the rest of the world. "Founder pricing" (US$289.99, or $289.990 in Argentina) applies to the first ten (10) clients who sign up; the number of seats left is shown on this site. Founder pricing is valid until November 12, 2026 at 23:59 (Argentina time) or until all ten seats are taken, whichever comes first; after that the price goes up to US$449.99 ($449.990).
Founder pricing is paid by bank transfer: 50% when the project starts and 50% at launch, or the full amount upfront. By credit card, up to three (3) interest-free installments are available at the list price (US$449.99 or $449.990).
In return for founder pricing, the client agrees to provide a testimonial about the service and authorizes Patroclo to show their site as a case study on this site and its social media. The "free mockup" is a sample with no cost and no obligation to hire us.
The "Founder Website" service also includes, at no extra cost: writing the site copy from the information the client provides; setting up the client's Google Business Profile (Google Maps) listing, whose verification depends on Google and must be completed by the client with our guide; a social media launch kit (one post, two stories and a WhatsApp message); the design of a sign with a QR code to the site, delivered as a print-ready PDF (printing is not included, and any regulatory details on construction-site signs must be validated by the responsible professional); and, on request, a handover call of up to 15 minutes.
72-hour guarantee: if the site is not live within 72 hours of receiving all the required material (logo, photos, contact details and questionnaire answers), the client gets three (3) months of the care plan free. The clock pauses while we wait for the client's answers, approvals or materials.
Money-back guarantee: the price includes two rounds of changes. If, once the second round is delivered, the client is not satisfied with the site, they may request a refund of 100% of the amount paid within the following seven (7) calendar days. In that case the site is taken down, its files are not handed over and the client may not use the design or the copy produced. The refund is made through the same payment method within ten (10) business days. The domain registered in the client's name remains theirs. The price that applies to a project is the one in force when the order is confirmed. The payment method and schedule are agreed before work begins.
4. Process, timelines and revisions
Delivery timelines are estimates and start once we receive all the required material (copy, images, logo, access credentials). Delays in providing materials shift the estimated date. The price includes up to two rounds of reasonable revisions on the presented design; changes of scope and additional requests are quoted separately.
5. Monthly care plan (optional)
The care plan is optional and costs US$39.99 per month (AR$39.990 for clients in Argentina). It covers security, Google Analytics and up to three (3) content-change requests per calendar month; from the second year it also covers hosting and the domain renewal. A content change means a reasonable update to existing copy, images or data; it does not include redesigns, new sections or new features, which are quoted separately.
Change requests beyond the monthly three are billed at US$34.99 (AR$34.990) each. Unused changes do not roll over to later months. If the client does not take the plan, or cancels it, Patroclo hands over the site's files so the client can host it wherever they prefer; the domain is already in the client's name and its renewal is their responsibility. If the plan goes unpaid, Patroclo may, after notice, suspend the hosting it provides until payment is brought up to date or the site is handed over.
6. Client content
The client declares that they hold the rights to the copy, images, trademarks and other materials they provide, and authorizes us to use them to build their site. The client is responsible for the content published on their site.
7. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client acquires the rights to their site's final design and content. Patroclo retains ownership of the reusable tools, components and generic code it works with. Unless the client asks otherwise, we may show finished work in our portfolio. The projects shown on this site belong to real clients.
8. Liability
We work with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific business results (traffic, sales, search rankings). Our total liability to the client is limited to the amount actually paid for the project. We are not responsible for failures of third-party services (hosting, domains, form or messaging services) beyond our control.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits the rights that protect the client as a consumer under Argentine Law 24.240 on Consumer Protection and other applicable mandatory rules.
If the client contracts as a consumer at a distance (online or by phone), they may revoke acceptance within ten (10) calendar days of entering the contract or of delivery, whichever happens later, under section 34 of Law 24.240, using this site's withdrawal button or by writing to us through any of our channels.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be heard by the ordinary courts of the city of Córdoba, without prejudice to the jurisdiction rules that protect consumers.
